I developed the water cradle from my many years of experience as a swimming instructor . Self-awareness and free movement development have always been very important to me in my classes.
With the water cradle, your child can move freely and explore the element of water independently. You accompany your child and, thanks to the water cradle, are relieved of the burden of holding them . This allows you to devote yourself entirely to observation and connection !
From a physiological point of view
Your baby grows in the womb for nine months, increasingly curling up. At birth, their bones are soft, their muscles weak, and they can't yet hold their head upright. Unlike conventional buoyancy aids, the Burgilino Water Cradle gently supports your child's natural posture. It prevents compression of the spine and allows freedom of movement, which promotes healthy posture.
From an educational perspective
Thanks to its round shape and the fabric's confines, even babies who might otherwise struggle to enjoy their bath feel safe and secure – almost like being in the womb. Unlike conventional baby floats, the Burgilino Water Cradle allows babies to develop free movement from the very beginning.
From a practical point of view
The Burgilino water cradle impresses with its high-quality workmanship and robustness. The cover is made of OEKO-TEX-certified mesh fabric that is washable at 40°C and dries quickly. It offers versatile uses, whether in the pool, in the bathtub, as a cozy nest, or even as a bag. Compared to conventional plastic baby bathtubs, the water cradle can be stored in a space-saving manner. When the baby grows up, the pool noodle can be shortened and the connecting piece removed, allowing the child to stretch their legs through the opening and continue to use it comfortably.
